Planning to homeschool, but still not quite sure what you're doing, how to get started, what to do? Feeling overwhelmed?
Terri Johnson from Knowledge Quest is ready and willing to offer you a helping hand, with her Homeschooling ABC's course.** There is still a little bit of time to "catch your breath" before you start "Full speed ahead", and Terri is a gentle guide who will help you transition into schooling at home full time.
I wrote a review earlier this year, after having gone through her course, and I have to say, as a Support Group leader that I am VERY impressed with the way she has laid things out in her course, and recommend that you check it out...
Oh, and if you are looking at schooling a high-school aged child... I haven't personally reviewed Terri's Upper Level Homeschool Class **(for parents) since my own aren't quite "there" yet, but I would guess, based on her ABC's course, that it will be extremely helpful as well.
One huge benefit to each of the courses is that they offer free resources and samples from many vendors. This summer the pot is even sweeter. Included for new Homeschooling ABCs ** class members, is a full-length digital version of A Child's Geography: Explore His Earth by Ann Voskamp. New Upper Level Homeschool ** class members, score a few new items - a scholarship tracking tool, and ebook entitled "Helping Teens Find Their Talents and Passion by Lorrie Flem, AND the new Type Write Touch Typing book produced by Diane Hurst.
I hope you find this helpful as you look forward to the fruits of homeschooling in the fall~
Blessings~
Lis
